If your church is running one or two trips a year and you are fine collecting checks by hand, the Free plan actually covers that. If you want to accept online donations and collect digital signatures, Starter is $9/month. If you are running an active missions program with multiple trips a year, Ministry is $39/month. What the Free plan doesn't include: online donation processing, e-signatures, and automated reminders. If you are collecting checks by hand and printing waivers, the Free plan is enough. When you want Stripe donations and digital signatures, move up to Starter.

We do not charge platform fees on donations. A lot of church software platforms tack on an extra 1-3% on top of Stripe fees: on a $100,000 trip fundraising year, that is $1,000-$3,000 taken out of the mission. We refuse to do that. Every dollar a donor gives minus the Stripe processing goes to your team. That is non-negotiable for us.
We use Stripe Connect. Donations go directly from the donor to your church's Stripe account, not through us. We never touch your donation money. This is more secure, cleaner for your accounting, and it means we cannot take a cut even if we wanted to.
Paid tiers fund the platform. Ministry plans at $39/month and Starter plans at $9/month pay for the servers, the developers, the customer support, and the features we keep adding. Churches that need more get more and pay for it. Churches that only need the basics pay nothing. That is the model.
No. GO charges zero platform fees on donations on every plan, Free, Starter, and Ministry. You only pay Stripe's standard processing: 2.9% + $0.30 for cards, or 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH bank transfers. Donors can choose to cover the fee so your team receives the full amount.

There is no separate nonprofit discount because the Free plan covers most small churches and the paid plans are priced below comparable church software.
